Exchanges are only possible at the rental shop where you originally rented the item, due to varying prices & articles.
Deposits are only possible at the offered deposit lockers - see Deposit information.
Returns are possible at both shops

The equipment can be picked up from 2:00 p.m. before the first rental day. The return is possible on the rental day itself or the next day by 9.30 a.m. in both of our shops!

CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS OLD:
100% discount for children up to 10 years old. (If one parent rents, a child up to 10 years gets the same item for free!)
Special discount for children up to the end of their 10th year, if no parent rents

During the rental period, the ski helmet is FREE for children up to 10 years of age, provided other ski equipment is rented.

The protection package is very useful, as a lot is stolen or exchanged, whether in the ski resort or during après-ski. In case of theft or loss, without the protection package, the deductibles for the missing rental items must be paid.

With the protection package for a flat rate of € 18.00, the rental items are insured against theft or loss from 08.00 to 18.00, without deductible. After 18.00, the rental items must be stored in a depot or in a local locked ski room.

Many hotels have ski cellars monitored by cameras!

Theft:
If your skis/snowboards rented at Ski2Rent are stolen, report this immediately at our shop. We will assist you in filling out all the forms required for the theft report at the Ischgl police station. After filing the theft report with the police, you will receive a police report. Please present this at our shop and you will receive an equivalent rental material at no additional cost.

Loss:
If you lose the skis or snowboard while off-piste skiing, on chairlift rides, etc. and are unable to retrieve the rental material, please report this immediately at our shop. You must then report this loss to the police.

Breakage:
If your ski/board is damaged due to a fall, collision, etc., please come immediately to one of our shops with the damaged rental material. You will receive equivalent rental material at no additional cost if the protection package was purchased.

IMPORTANT:
Without purchasing the Ski2Rent protection package, the time value of the rental material must be paid in case of theft or loss. The Ski2Rent protection package covers the costs in case of theft or loss only upon presentation of the theft or loss report. If neither is presented, the time value of the rental material must be paid.

Yes, one free exchange within the same price range! Any additional exchanges will incur a service fee of EUR 5.00 at the shop. The same applies if you want to exchange from skis to a snowboard or vice versa! For an additional fee, you can also exchange to the next higher price range!
